Today starts the second month of the year. I think saying time flies its an understatement. So much happened in this past month, and I can say they were almost all good things. And to be honest the "not so good" things that happened I will, as part of my new year resolutions look at them and try to take something positive out of them. This I know its easier said than done, but with some practice, you'll mastered the art of turning negatives into positives. You have to take it one day at a time, like you already know practice makes perfect. So, the first lesson and thing to accomplish this year is to look at bad things with a positive mind and turn this things in lessons.

Follow this steps:

1-Take deep breaths.

2-Count till 10 (Or whatever number will make you feel comfortable)

3-Start over.

Remember, every second we get of life is a new chance to start over. Don't let negativity rule your life. It takes about the same amount of effort to be positive rather than being negative, but its your decision which your road you'll take. YOU have the power of choosing. *Choose to be positive* =)
