On 6/8/2011 I logged into my twitter account and on the TT list I saw #AliceBucketList . I was curious, so I went on to find out what it was about. I started reading what people were writing till I found a link to the blog that had started all. It's an inspiring blog by a 15 year old girl with cancer. This is something that, if you have not read, you need to read. We spend our days complaining about the things we have and the things we don't have, about our jobs, clothes, even a parking space. Let's be thankful for each day we get to live and get to spend with the people we love. Let's instead dedicate the time we use to complain to help others. There are many ways we can do this, by donating money, your time, things you don't use, blood, organs and like in this case bone narrow. I will finish this post with the link to Alice's blog, in there you will understand why "#AlicesBucketList", her story and links to places where you can make donations.
